Spill Response Basics

Small spills can become major hazards if ignored. Know what material spilled, protect yourself, keep others away, stop the source if safe, and report it. Use the correct spill kit and disposal method. Unknown, large, reactive, flammable, or hazardous spills require escalation according to the site emergency plan.
